Libya Resumes Electronic Publication of Trademarks

The Libyan Commercial Registry Authority has resumed the electronic publication of trademark applications through its official online platform after an extended suspension, marking an important development in the country's trademark registration process. The first issue of the 2026 Electronic Trademark Gazette was published on 14 May 2026 and includes trademark applications numbered 55261 to 57597.
