Saudi Arabia: Council of Ministers Approves Four New Intellectual Property Laws

The Saudi Council of Ministers approved four new laws in the field of intellectual property at its session held in Riyadh on 20 October 2026. The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) described the step as part of the Kingdom's efforts to develop its intellectual property system and legislation, and to support the protection of creativity and innovation rights.
