There have been controversial reports claiming that the Trademark Office in Kuwait issued a memo relating to a deadline for dealing with pending trademark applications filed prior to 2018.
In fact, the TMO is presently examining all pending applications filed prior to 2018, and for that it called on all applicants and their representatives to make sure all their pending files are complete before the end of this month.
