In the scope of their continuous efforts to enforce an outstanding intellectual property protection system, the Bahraini Parliament and the Shura Council have recently approved various intellectual property laws, details of which are summarized in the following table. The regulations implementing those laws are expected to be issued by the Kingdom by year end.
