TÜRKPATENT and the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) have taken a significant step toward enhancing collaboration in intellectual property (IP). During the Third Belt and Road High-Level Conference on Intellectual Property in China, the two organizations signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at sharing knowledge, experience, and expertise.
The MoU focuses on several key areas: capacity building, education, and the development of information technologies. This partnership is expected to enhance the IP landscape in both countries, with a special emphasis on promoting innovation, particularly in green technologies, which align with the global push for sustainable development.
