The Ministry of National Economy in Gaza recently announced that it is adopting the 11th Edition of the Nice Classification and the 10th Edition of Locarno Classification. The new classifications will apply to new applications filed on or after December 6, 2022.
It is worth noting that class 33 and alcoholic goods in class 32 cannot be registered in Gaza.
