The Yemeni Trademark Office (TMO) has announced the removal of limitations on the number of goods or services that can be claimed per trademark application. This change allows for greater flexibility, enabling applicants to include an unlimited number of items within a single application.
While this update eliminates the previous cap of 10 items, as reported in October, any goods or services listed beyond the 10th item will still be subject to additional publication fees. These fees are calculated at 5 percent of the official publication fee per extra item.
